The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a revised I-9 Form that will be published by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services by no later than November 22, 2016 for employer use. In the meantime, employers may continue using the current version of the Form I-9 (with the revision date of 03/08/2013) until January 21, 2017. After that date, all previous versions of the Form I-9 will be invalid.
