Diana M. Valdez, attorney at the Law Office of Diana Macias Valdez, PLLC, recently spoke on ethics from a human resources perspective at an event designed to promote ethics in El Paso's Non-Profit sector. The event was hosted by the El Paso Community Foundation, Hunt Family Foundation, El Paso del Norte Health Foundation, Rio Grande Cancer Foundation, and United Way of El Paso County. Ms. Valdez spoke along with CPA Roxie Samaniego of White & Samaniego & Campbell, LLP, and David Buchmueller, an expert in health care consulting and education.
Ms. Valdez serves on the Board of Directors of the Center Against Family Violence, the El Paso Collaborative Community Housing Corporation, the Legal Charitable Foundation of El Paso, and the Texas Tech Law School Foundation.
Ms. Valdez represents businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law as well as providing day-to-day labor and employment advising. She is a frequent presenter at employment-related seminars and programs.
